RATES
Are based on prices known at time of offering. While every effort is made to maintain prices,
PEGASUS reserves the right to add a surcharge in case of cost increases. Acceptance of offer
requires the reconfirmation of PEGASUS to become valid.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Generally, unless otherwise stated, full prepayment is required in order to provide services.
Exemptions may be extra's and smaller cash payouts as agreed upon earlier, which may be invoiced
after departure.
The following fees will be charged:
For individuals:
Terms: 100% of expected total amount - 1 week prior to arrival
If the payment is done by credit card we add a service charge of 3%.
PEGASUS reserves the right to cancel all reservations if the requested payments are not received
as mentioned above.
For specific bookings, such as concert tickets, fairs and conventions, prepayment conditions might
be different. In these cases the conditions will be specified in the offer.
EXPENSES
In case that PEGASUS covers cash pay- outs and other additional costs apart from the program
booked , a handling fee of 10% will be charged.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES

If land arrangements are cancelled prior to the starting date of service the following
charges will be applied unless otherwise stated:

After the booking is confirmed, we will charge EUR 10,00 for each change made by the client.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the responsibility of each individual traveller to obtain any valid travel documents
and/or entry requirements necessary for each country of travel. Please check with the
respective authorities for the specific requirements (visas, transit documents, etc.).
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers will be issued by the Tour Operator with the remark:
"booked and paid by Pegasus".
SITE INSPECTIONS
In some cases it is strongly recommended to have a site inspection trip in preparation
of the event. For this purpose, a number of services are offered free of charge, and net
rates or discounts are passed on. Staff assistance, transfers, and support with
negotiations and advice are included. In the case an event is cancelled between the
time of the site inspection and the event, the cancellation conditions as above shall
apply.
Possible additional costs:
However, should the same or similar program / project be realized within the period of one (1) year from the original starting date, the service fee will be fully credited to the new program.
COMPLAINTS
In case of a complaint, PEGASUS has to be informed immediately in order to remedy the
situation inasmuch as possible. Complaints received after departure will only be
accepted and reviewed in very special cases.
LIABILITY
In all travel arrangements PEGASUS acts as agent only for owners or contractors
providing means of transportation or other tourist services. PEGASUS therefore does
not assume liability in case of accidents, loss, delays or interference with the tour
by force majeur or other events not engaging our responsibility especially with regards
to programmes and schedules, PEGASUS reserves the right to change arrangements any
time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
FORCE MAJEURE
PEGASUS as well as the client reserve the right to alter parts of the program, under
the influence of Force Majeure. These are war, political unrest, strikes, terror or
collapse of public order in the respective area, drought, flood and fire. In this case
PEGASUS will offer alternative arrangements or, in case this is not possible, return
all prepayments received.
COMPETENCE OF COURT
In case of dispute the competence lies with the arbitration tribunal in Vienna.
OTHER
In order to guarantee an efficient communication between the partners, the Reference Number
of the booking must be indicated in each correspondence including the payment transfer.
The General Conditions of the Association of Travel Agents within the Austrian Chamber of
Commerce are applied.
